ผู้ได้รับอนุญาตใช้งาน: ภก.สุทธิพงษ์ เดชก้อง

ผู้ได้รับอนุญาตใช้งานสามารถใช้ระบบนี้ภายในกลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาลราชวิถี 2
และนำไปปรึกษาหรือพัฒนาต่อร่วมกับหน่วยงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของโรงพยาบาล
(เช่น การเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ HIS) ได้ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขด้านล่าง
บุคคลหรือหน่วยงานอื่น ต้องได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้พัฒนาก่อน

ผู้ที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้หรือดัดแปลง ต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้
1. คงข้อความเครดิตและลิขสิทธิ์ไว้ทั้งในซอร์สโค้ดและบนหน้าจอโปรแกรม
   แม้จะเปลี่ยนชื่อโปรแกรม เปลี่ยนโลโก้ หรือออกแบบหน้าจอใหม่
2. งานที่ดัดแปลงต่อจากระบบนี้ ต้องระบุว่า "พัฒนาต้นแบบโดย ภญ.ธมลวรรณ จันทร์แก้ว"
3. ใช้ภายในขอบเขตที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น และห้ามส่งต่อให้บุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

ไลบรารีและฟอนต์ของบุคคลอื่นที่โปรแกรมเรียกใช้ (เช่น SheetJS และ Google Fonts)
อยู่ภายใต้สัญญาอนุญาตของเจ้าของแต่ละราย ไม่อยู่ภายใต้ไฟล์นี้

written permission from the developer. Public visibility of the source code on
GitHub or in a web browser does not grant any permission to use it.

This system was developed exclusively for the Pharmacy Department
(กลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม), Rajavithi 2 Hospital (โรงพยาบาลราชวิถี 2).

The authorized user may use this system within the Pharmacy Department of
Rajavithi 2 Hospital, and may consult on or further develop it together with the
hospital's IT unit (for example, to connect it to the HIS), under the conditions
below. Any other person or organization needs prior written permission from the
developer.

Anyone granted permission to use or modify this system must:
1. Keep the credit and copyright notices intact, in the source code and on screen,
   including after renaming, rebranding or redesigning.
2. State in any derived work: "Original prototype by Tamonwan Chankaew
   (ภญ.ธมลวรรณ จันทร์แก้ว)".
3. Use it only within the scope of the permission granted, and not pass it on to
   others without permission.

Third-party libraries and fonts loaded by this system (such as SheetJS and Google
Fonts) remain under their own licenses and are not covered by this file.
